| Gerald Montgomery McKinney |
Gerald Montgomery McKinney, 72, of McKinney, passed away on Saturday, May 12, 2012.
He was born on January 29, 1940 in Dallas to Thomas McKinney and Martha Hambreck McKinney.He married Dianna L. Avery in May of 1979, and served in the United States Air Force.
Gerald is survived by his wife, Dianna; daughters, Katrina McKinney and Laura James; sister, Sue Hilpert; brother, Robert McKinney Sr.; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Gerald E. McKinney; stepson, James R. Fulton; five brothers; and one sister.

" Gerald M. "Butch" McKinney always trie to be a positive role model to all. He had a great sense of humor and was a true Texan, American, and Christian. Butch was a veteran of the US Marines and US Air Force, along with being a Master Mason. With his passing his presence will be missed by all but he will always be in our hearts. "
