TruMedical Realty launches medical leasing and brokerage company

TruMedical Realty (TMR) announced the launch of its real estate sales and brokerage firm, which will have a focus on the medical sector. Curtis Shore of Flower Mound was announced as the firm's broker and principal.
"We are off to a fast start and we are very excited about the launch of TruMedical Realty," Shore said. "The medical landscape in the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex is a dynamic and rapidly growing market and after a thorough analysis, we felt that it was a great time to enter the market and provide brokerage and management services throughout the Metroplex."
TMR also announced that it has secured an exclusive leasing agreement on the 83,000 square foot Class A medical office building under construction that is attached to the Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Flower Mound, as well as the additional medical office developments in the River Walk Medical Park Campus. The firm also announced that it has signed leasing and brokerage agreements for a 5,100-square-foot medical office building in Flower Mound, a 20,000-square-foot medical office building in Lewisville adjacent to the Baylor Surgicare Center and a 30,000-square-foot medical office building being developed adjacent to the Baylor Surgicare Center at Mansfield.

The River Walk Medical Park Campus, connected to Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital will be a major attraction for professionals in every area of medical research and practice. It took the hard work and vision of local elected officials, past and present, to bring this magnificent project to our town. Now, TruMedical Realty, under the competent leadership of Curtis Shore, will bring the complete plan to fruition. I've known Curtis for several years, and I can't think of anyone more honest, more ethical and more committed to excellence in his job performance. We are fortunate indeed to have him at the helm of this very significant medical expansion. "
